interfacility/CCT
Whether you are looking for a new ambulance service for your skilled nursing facility, hospital, prison, clinic, medical group or other organization, Symons Ambulance can provide a custom solution to meet your needs! Symons Ambulance offers basic life support (BLS), advanced life support (ALS), and critical care transport ambulances depending on the region and your needs. Symons Ambulance also offers specialized 4x4 ambulances for interfacility transports in areas with snow or other difficult access.
Event support
Symons Ambulance has become well known for its provision of state-of-the-art event safety for many of the largest events in the United States and Mexico. Symons' Event Safety divison has provided emergency medical services and fire safety services for everything from a NASCAR Nextel Cup race to Ozzfest concerts to the Baja 1000 in Mexico. Symons offers an array of services including ambulances, mini-ambulances, fire trucks, air ambulances, first aid stations, and telemedicine staffed with everthing from basic EMT's to board certified emergency physicians.
Air ambulances

911 AMbulances
Symons Ambulance was established over 20 years ago as an emergency "911" ambulance provider in Bishop, CA. Symons has provided continuous 911 service to Bishop and the surrounding area in the high Sierras ever since 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. Symons provides both basic life support (BLS) and advanced life support (ALS) ambulances to the region.
